A cousin of Ben Foster and Nancy Foster, due to his parents dying in a fire he lived in The Teen Hut which was ran by Mrs Palmer Staddon. He is having a relationship Louise Fallon.
Early Life[]
Born in Elysian Fields, Steven had a great childhood with his parents and often saw his cousins as he grew up and he loved them. However things drastically changed when Steven's house went on fire and his parents were killed leaving him an orphan. He ended up in foster care something he had really resented as he thought his aunt and uncle Zusanna Foster and David Foster would have taken them in but they were not able to, as they had two children and Crayden Foster David's brother already to look after.
This resentment only grew when he moved into The Teen Hut run by Mrs Palmer Staddon as he was now in he same town as his relatives who had not taken him into their home. He did however manage to get into a relationship with fellow Teen Hut member Louise Fallon.

He is among those living in Grasmere Valley from Volume 1 as he is seen living in the Teen Hut.
Despite living in Grasmere Valley due to a clerical error, The Teen Hut and Mrs Palmer Staddon are not listed as among the citizens of Grasmere Valley.
The Tales of Grasmere Valley in Summertime[]
Mrs Palmer and the Teen hut are both now officially listed as among those living in the Town.
Volume 8 []
Mrs Palmer Staddon passes away due to the Great fire causing for Harvey Staddon, her son to take over as leading the hut.
Volume 14[]
He moves away from Grasmere Valley looking for a job at the end of Volume 14.
